Our Commercial Inspection Process
Once we receive your call, we will assign a certified inspector to talk with you about your immediate needs. If the building inspection includes a full roof inspection, these are most effectively performed after sunset when the roof gives off heat energy that has accumulated during the day.
To obtain the most accurate infrared images and analysis, we will discuss with you the type of roofing insulation, weather conditions and other factors that affect the inspection process.
