Our Services
Buyers' Inspections
Buying a home is one of the largest investments most people will ever make. Performing a home inspection can help you avoid potentially costly repairs that might otherwise go undetected. Our buyers' inspection will detail the systems and components of the property, identify defects, provide repair and maintenance recommendations and assess the overall condition of the property to help you assess your investment.
Pre-Listing Inspections
Many homeowners want to make repairs to their house before placing it on the market. Our pre-listing inspection provides a comprehensive overview of the property's current condition. This information allows the homeowner to prioritize repairs to allocate funds appropriately and maximize the return on investment.
New Construction
✓ Pre-Drywall
✓ Final Walk-Through
✓ Builder's Warranty
Building a new home involves many tradespeople and requires meticulous oversight. These 3 inspections will ensure you have an independent advocate reviewing the work performed every step of the way. You can choose any of these inspections individually, or bundle them together.
Rental Inspection
A rental inspection by a professional inspector is a great way to keep an eye on the condition of your rental properties. An inspection of a rental property can be performed with or without the tenant present.
Reinspection
It is important to inspect a property again, after requesting repairs or making changes, to ensure the work was completed properly, meets quality standards, and adheres to contract requirements.
Pool Inspection
We will inspect your pool thoroughly–from filters and pumps to plumbing and heaters–to identify any issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
Radon Testing
Radon is a tasteless, colorless and odorless gas and, according to the EPA, can be harmful to your health through prolonged exposure. For this reason, radon testing is important whether you are a homeowner or you are purchasing a home.
Thermal Imaging
Infrared thermal imaging can detect issues not visible to the naked eye. Through the use of infrared technology, we can help identify moisture, insulation, electrical, HVAC issues, and more.
Termite Inspection
Performing a wood destroying insect (WDI) inspection will determine if pests are present and, if needed, what the next steps will be.
Mold Sampling
There are many different types of mold. Exposure to certain mold strains can cause health issues, most commonly indoor allergies. Mold sampling can help identify which molds are present and what the next steps will be.

How long does a home inspection take?
Home inspections generally take 2 to 4 hours to complete. The duration of a home inspection depends on many factors such as the size of the home, the condition of the home, and the ability to access certain areas of the home (roof, crawl space, attic, etc.).
Should I attend the inspection?
Although it is not necessary, we do recommend that you attend the inspection so you can ask questions and learn more about the home. You will learn a lot from the inspection report, but we always encourage you to attend!
